Mapbox is a creative source to get inspired and use creative aesthetics to map out the world from our creativity. One theme I did was based on the famous landscape painter Hiroshi Nagai. A lot of his paintings show unique perspectives of the urban landscape, especially during the nighttime. I wanted to map a similar style to his, and try to capture the same approach of form, color, and texture.
